Maintenance Support
Cleanliness, testing, maintenance of welding machine must be done by the engineer and technical person has had received strict professional training. Mechanical failures must be tested and inspected until troubleshooting. Please contact the service providers if the troubleshooting is failed. To avoid electrical shock hazards, neither open the cover of the electrical box nor touch the components mounted inside the electrical box. According to the external environment and the using time, please follow the maintenance methods:
1. Cleanliness
Dust removal regularly by technology professionals (at least once or twice a year), it will prolong the service life of the whole machine (with dry compressed air, vacuum cleaner hose). Test all kinds of fasteners are loosen or not.
Clear these three parts:
Please wait 2 minutes, let capacitor discharge and remove the cover plate.
Before cleanliness, the power must be turned off that is unplugging the power plug to ensure safety, do not just turn off the power switch or the fusing.
Electric part and circuit board: do not use compressed air to blow the electric part and circuit board, use the vacuum cleaner hose to suck dust out.
Current source: By using oil-free and water-free compressed air to blow the dust away.
The insulation resistance between welding circuit and machine shell: The insulation resistance measurements between welding plug and conductor must be greater than 2.5 megaohm.
2. Testing
Inspect the machine once a quarter or a year. After inspection, please test the machine.
